Dress is not form fitting. Got a medium. Above the ribbon band chest and back was very tight. Right under the ribbon in front was tight. Rest of dress flowed nicely, yet you could see where the dress was not gathered correctly on the sides. Seemed like the ribbon band was cut too short for the dress.
