I'm 5'7, 150lbs, and the large fits me. I originally ordered the medium but they were too tight in the back. Definitely size up. Super warm, great snow pants. The length is literally just right for me. They might be too short if I was any taller but I like them pulled up all the way. The straps allow for lengthening.
