The pinafore was much thicker than expected, so that’s nice. But the sizing is weird. I bought XXL based on reviews and the sizing chart. I’m a US size 16 and my waist is about 39”, but the pinafore is a little too big. Big in the waist and a little longer than expected. Wish I woulda sized down.I ordered the XL in the yellow plaid. It was too big so I ordered the L. The XL was a tighter thickermaterial without much give and smaller plaid that made up the design the color looked more black and yellow or navy blue and yellow. The large was a tee shirt type of material with lots of give. The large fit larger than the XL! The large also appeared to be yellow and green in color with large plaid. I wish I had gotten pictures of how different the material was. If they change the material they should update the listing.Stretchy, super light & comfortable!Like the style and cut. Perfect skirt length, and beautiful color.I’m 5’2 and 220 lbs. I am curvy and ordered a XXL. Which was big. I would recommend XL if you are around my size. I also have a stomach and it was still big. There is no stretch and material is not clingy. It’s not really short which is goodI bought this item for a holiday/Mrs. Claus pin-up project, and ended up wearing it multiple times over the holiday season for shopping or to work! I knew going into this purchase that I was gonna have to tighten the waistband an inch or two, so I would say it is true to size per the measurements. The material is lightweight but very sturdy, like a soft denim. It does not have any stretch to it, at all. I did have to pin the straps to my shoulders so they weren't constantly falling, because tightening them didn't prevent this, it only pulled the skirt higher than it needs to be. The skirt is already very short, so other than for the photos, I did wear it with leggings and boots. In my opinion it does look better paired with a high-neckline or turtleneck blouse because the high waistline and straps do tend to cause an illusion of a short torso. Otherwise, I felt cute wearing it and got many compliments on my outfit!I am 5ft 5in and 165 lbs. This jumper fit me perfectly (I expected it to be a little too snug). The material is heavier so it hangs really well. I would feel comfortable wearing this knowing that that material is heavy and wouldn't ride up throughout the day. My only complaint is that it is a bit tricky to adjust the suspenders. The plastic loops are really small so the material has a tendency to bunch and twist sideways while adjusting.The straps are ajustable but the material seems more like for a costume than for a holiday outfit. I got the sparkly burgundy color.Love the design but as a plus-size gal I would have liked it to have a little stretch. If I was to buy it again I would size up so I could take it in to fit me.It's to short I can where this as a top but as a skirt hell noMagnifique...coupe flatteuse
